Inner Life Coaching

This coaching is for those who wish to evolve and change their ego-created limiting beliefs, judgments, defenses, attitudes, views, assumptions and choices to achieve peace of mind and a satisfying life. Our work together is rooted in the practice of self-reflection and self-honesty. If you (or your ego) are invested in justifying or clinging to the “victim” role as a way to get what you want or resist expanding your beliefs, this coaching is not for you. A strong coaching relationship will help you to know yourself more clearly and create what you truly want. You will uncover what needs to change in order to have confidence and clarity in your choices, and to release what you don’t want in your life. As your coach, I will help you to recognize and work with what you cannot see from your present point of view. Our coaching relationship is one in which we speak truth to each other, celebrate your progress, and do the difficult but rewarding work that integrity and consistency inspire.
Private session fee: $144 per 60-minute session; discounted to $111 per session for pre-paid series of 6 or more sessions.

Identity Awareness

Learn what’s true and possible for you, unencumbered by self-sabotage or outside influences and beliefs. Understand how everything you know and believe about yourself that causes worry, shame, discomfort, denial, fear, or longing for something better can be changed, dissolved or transformed.

We dive in together by exploring all of your current identities (social, essential, visible, invisible, chosen, imposed) and encouraging the Soul identities that are emerging and need your support to thrive. (This can also be done in small groups – see Group Events.)

Private session fee: $111 per 60-minute session (minimum of 3 sessions needed for the Identity Awareness Process).
