Tonia (tone’-ya) Pinheiro (peen-yay’-row) has a passion and a talent for catalyzing shifts in perception and awareness. She supports those who want to explore, risk, and experiment with moving through resistance, making new choices, and taking actions in order to live and work in integrity with expressed values.
Tonia is The Wake Up! Artist, a term she coined in 1997 to describe her multi-faceted work in the world as an Ascension Path practitioner and Minister, organizational administrator, group facilitator, inner life coach, spiritual guide and channel, vibrational sound and energy healer, Dreamkeeper, improvisational singer and actor, and published author. Wake Up! Works was founded in 2003 as the umbrella organization for Tonia’s work.

PROFESSIONAL LIFE - Summary
With over 35 years of experience in human resources and organizational development, coupled with a lifelong immersion in personal and spiritual development, Tonia has worked successfully with organizations, groups and individuals who want to live authentically, build community, create positive connections, and “be the change you wish to see in the world” (thank you Mohandas Gandhi for this quote).
Tonia has enjoyed a career of service and achievements delivering successful stakeholder- and client-valued training, management, administration, facilitation, communications, event production and consulting services in non-profit, corporate, educational, faith, arts, governmental and private sectors. She has served founders, owners, executives, administrators, managers, supervisors, staff, college students, unions, youth, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and other marginalized people and groups.
CREATIVE & SPIRITUAL LIFE - Summary
Tonia has practiced, taught and performed singing, improvisational acting, Playback Theatre, dreamwork, shadow work, identity- and self-awareness, and vibrational energy and sound healing. She works with individuals and groups, in-the-moment encounters, and various projects, workshops and events.
Her lifelong ascension path and dream work training and practice opened her internal channel to the Divine, informing and guiding her creative and spiritual expressions. More recently, under the guidance of Rev. Daniel Neusom, she has become comfortable as a verbal channel for Creator, the Consciousness of Heaven and Diving Beings.
In 2016 Tonia published her first book, Sweet Water Shadow Woman, A Memoir, under the pen name Toni Kelleher. In 2024 Tonia published Ego and Essence: A User Guide for the Soul.

Personal
Tonia was born in Boston MA as “Toni” Maria Teresa Range. She currently lives on Mohican land in The Berkshires, a region of western Massachusetts, and her life has spanned two centuries. She is a microcosmic example that both male and female energies, and the diverse racial, cultural, educational and spiritual legacies of her ancestors (Seminole, Cherokee, African, Saudi Arabian, Irish, English, German, Polish, Ukrainian, Ashkenazi), can co-exist and live together creatively and successfully in a human body and in the greater society. She is kin to all animals, stones and trees. Hobbies: making altars, playing card games and Scrabble, listening to inspiring podcasts; doing imaginary daily workouts, beaming peace into the world.
